The inspectors doing storm damage assessment are from Unified Building Sciences, Inc.. They expect to be finished in 2 to 2 1/2 weeks and will then make a report to the insurance company. The association property manager (IMC) is meeting with the insurance company today to find out when adjusters will finish the assessment and how much longer it will be before the association gets the final report.

After the thunderstorm this morning and with insurance adjusters working the neighborhoods it would seem like a good idea to take a walk through the house and check for water damage.

There are reports of a car being broken into in Summerhaze. The car was left in the driveway and items were removed sometime during the night. Residents should be alert and ensure cars are locked.

Insurance adjusters are in the neighborhoods looking at the storm damage. The association has placed signs at all neighborhood entry/exit points letting residents know adjusters will be on roofs and yards assessing damage. If you have submitted a damage report to IMC, adjusters may request an appointment to look at interior damage.
